● Phone and Video Connection: ICSolutions is developing a solution to address the connectivity issues as a result of the significant increase of calls generated from the ICS tablet phone access. As ICS continues to develop short and long-term solutions for the system, intermittent connection issues are likely to occur. We understand the frustration for you and your loved ones. Please know this is a top priority for ICS to provide a long-term solution sustaining the increase in volume of calls currently taxing the system. A short term fix is anticipated by 11/18/24.
● Tablet Services Update: The Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) is partnering with ICSolutions to provide tablet services to persons in our care. DOC is gradually making the transition to the ICS tablet at a few sites each month. Please discontinue purchasing Advanced Technology Group (ATG) tablets as we prepare for this transition.
