The Department of Corrections believes that all Restorative Justice programs should be victim-centered and victim-sensitive, which means that victims are the focus of restorative efforts and they should determine how they wish to participate and what they will request from the offender.
The Office of Victim Services and Programs offers several Restorative Justice programs including Victim-Offender Dialogue, an Apology Letter Bank, and Victim Speaking.
