The Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) recognizes the crucial role that support from family and friends plays in rehabilitation and successful reentry into the community. As part of our commitment to serving the people of Wisconsin with transparency and accountable decision-making, Secretary Jared Hoy and department leadership want to hear directly from the loved ones of those engaged with the DOC.

Registration is required by Monday, August 10.
Attendance is limited to friends and family members of individuals who are currently incarcerated or on active community supervision.​Registrants must be 18 or older. Attendees will receive a confirmation email with additional event details within three business days of registering.

The first Friends & Family Forum was held on April 9, 2025 at the Kolb Center at Fox Lake Correctional Institution. This provided an opportunity for attendees to ask questions, offer feedback and positively contribute to our states corrections policies.
