Department of Administration Resources
The Division of Personnel Management has developed a website dedicated to information for state employees in preparation for COVID-19 and provides helpful guidance for state agencies and operations.
The following links contain answers to frequently asked questions for state employees and was prepared by the Wisconsin Department of Administration in collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services:
Employee Services Program (ESP)
During this time of uncertainty and growing concern, employees may experience additional stress about their own well-being or the well-being of their family, colleagues, clients, community and other loved ones. The Employee Services Program offers Department of Corrections employees several great resources that support your overall health and resilience in work and life. Services include peer support, employee wellness, veteran resources, mediation, staff suicide prevention and more. Visit the Employee Services Program page on myDOC to learn more.
─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program provides state employees and their families experiencing personal and work-related issues with free assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These comprehensive, confidential services include counseling, financial consultation, legal consultation and so much more. Counseling can be provided via telephone, face-to-face and in some cases teleconference for the topics of: stress, depression and personal problems, balancing work and personal needs, family and relationship concerns, alcohol or drug dependency, disaster and pandemic resources and workplace conflicts. For more information or to access benefits, visit the EAP (accessible via the ESP page on myDOC) to speak with a counselor and be connected with services.
