Review a list of PDF formatFrequently Asked Questions regarding the mail change

Mail delivery to people in our care has been slower than anticipated as we have rolled out important changes to our mail policy. Wisconsin DOC understands the importance of remaining connected with family and loved ones while incarcerated, and the important role mail plays in that connection. We remain committed to working with our vendor to improve delivery times and provide the best, safest service possible to the men and women in our care.
